When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped on normal business days only (Mon - Fri), including express shipments. Please note any express order placed after 10:00am PT will be processed the next day.You will receive tracking information as soon as it ships.


Where can I find my tracking number?

The tracking number will be in the email or SMS order confirmation you received. You can also find it under your Order History in your Account. If you can’t find it, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.


I never received my package -- what do I do?

How do I change my shipping or billing address?

How long do I have to exchange or return items purchased?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return the item(s) you purchased.


Do I pay for return shipping?

Return shipping within the U.S. and Canada is free when you add Redo Free Returns + Package Protection to your order.  If you do not add Redo, we still offer returns and exchanges, although you will need to pay for the return shipping label. Is the shipping cost included in my refund?

Original shipping costs for item(s) returned for a refund will not be included in the refund.


How long does the refund process take?

http://ggxx.site will process your exchange or refund within five (5) business days of received merchandise.


Can I wash the items I am returning?

Item(s) exchanged or returned may not be washed and must be in new condition.  If the item(s) are not in new condition per our quality inspection team, our team will send the products back to you, and no refund will be issued.


Should the tags be attached and required?

You must return the item(s) in original packaging with tags.  Tags may be detached but included in the package.


Can I return the final sale items?

Item(s) marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.


I have an international order; can I return or exchange it?

Yes!  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.  http://ggxx.site will process the exchange or return if the customer pays for the shipping costs back to us.


Warranty


At http://ggxx.site, we expect our products to be free of manufacturing defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation.  We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase.

Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than the product are designed for are not covered by the http://ggxx.site Warranty.  The customer pays shipping costs for International returns under warranty.

Any refund excludes shipping costs.
